Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we ship your order — processing times, delivery windows, and how to protect your package.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
If you need your order by a specific date — such as a quinceañera ceremony — we recommend ordering at least 10–14 days in advance to allow for processing and transit time.
Yes — free standard shipping is included on every order, sitewide. No minimum purchase required and no coupon code needed. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
If you need faster delivery, express 2-day shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
At this time, Oro Quince ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship to international destinations, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Route is a third-party shipping protection service that covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. You can add Route coverage at checkout for a small fee.
We strongly recommend adding Route protection to your order — especially for higher-value pieces. Real gold jewelry is a meaningful investment, and Route gives you peace of mind that your package is covered no matter what happens during transit.
⚠️ Important — Please Read
For orders shipped without Route protection selected at checkout, Oro Quince is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once an order is handed to the carrier and a tracking number is issued, fulfillment of the shipment is managed by the carrier. We strongly recommend adding Route at checkout to protect your order.
If your tracking shows delivered but you do not have your package, please take the following steps:
- Check with other household members, neighbors, and around your property (parcel lockers, side doors, etc.)
- Allow 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly early
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number and request a delivery trace
- If you purchased Route protection at checkout, file a claim directly through Route for the fastest resolution
If you did not add Route at checkout, please email us at oroquince@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you, though we are unable to guarantee a resolution for unprotected orders that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

- Monday–Saturday: 10am – 9pm | Sunday: 11am – 8pm
Select "Pickup available at ParadICE Jewelers" during checkout. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours.
