At-a-Glance

  • Window: 14 days from delivery date for online orders only.
  • Condition: Unused, original condition, with all tags attached & packaging.
  • Fee: 4% restocking fee on all returns apply except for store credit. There is no restocking fee if you choose store credit. 
  • How to start: Email OroQuince@gmail.com with your order # and reason.
  • NO Returns on Personalized or Engraved items.

Important Notes

Please Note: There are NO returns or exchanges on engraved or custom products as each piece is made to order. Once an engraved/custom product goes into production, cancellations are not possible. We are not responsible for personal items accidentally returned to OroQuince

  • Refund method: After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method minus the 4% restocking fee. (Processing times vary by bank.)
  • Condition checks: Items showing wear, alteration, or missing components may be declined or incur additional fees.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
