We want you to absolutely love your piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make the process clear and easy.

At a Glance

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery for online orders only
  • Condition: Unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging
  • Fee: 4% restocking fee applies to returns
  • Store credit: No restocking fee if you choose store credit
  • Final sale: Engraved and custom items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email oroquince@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Your return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be shipped back within that same 14-day window

How to Start a Return

  1. Email oroquince@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and authorization details
  3. Ship your item back within the 14-day return window using the instructions provided
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the item.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the 4% restocking fee. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If you choose store credit, the restocking fee is waived.

Important Notes

  • Engraved and custom-made items are final sale
  • Once an engraved or custom item enters production, it cannot be canceled
  • Items showing wear, alteration, or missing components may be declined or may incur additional fees
  • We are not responsible for personal items accidentally returned with your order

In-Store Purchases & Pick-Up Orders

This policy applies to online orders only. In-store purchases and pick-up orders follow a different return policy. Please contact the store directly for assistance with those orders.
